Giving It A Name

If I name a white piece of cloth tied around the faucet (so called filter) and name it "Super Duper Clean Water"
Do you think the water come out after the white cloth is going to be super clean?
NO right? So don't let me insult your intelligence. My apologies.

Same as many filters outside. Seen so many of them.

Just ask simple question... Can your filter removed these...?
